The result was not only bigger audiences, but also a growing collection of industry gongs including a highly coveted Gold Sony for UK Digital Terrestrial Station of the Year.

Gary has an international track record for over 10 years. His current UK residencies include the iconic taste maker Trade@Egg, London; Heaven Nightclub, London and Federation (Manchester or Leeds).

Gary’s summer season also includes sets at Federation, Ibiza and Heaven, Gran Canaria and Sunday Sundae in Brighton, as well as previous residencies at Barcode; Crash; Substation; Turnmills; and Housonic in Brighton.

So who is your Favourite DJ/Artist/Producer?
I have always been a big fan up new and/or un-sung talent. Artists/remixers I would buy on-spec are: Wendel Kos; Bingo Players; Jay Kay and Kid Massive.

Which Club is you Favourite Club?
For me, Trade at Turnmills is the one, the only. I have yet to walk into a club that grabs me within minutes, and makes my heart beat outside of my chest. There is only one original Trade.

London

Where is your Favourite Holiday destination?
I'm a real sun worshiper, so for a week of nothing but sleep and swimming, i'd have to say Gran Canaria - cheap and cheery!

What is your Favourite Food?
Junk. But everything in moderate, right?

What’s your Favourite Drink?
Daytime = coffee; evenings = vodka; nightime = horlicks (how rock `n` roll!)

What is your Favourite Colour?
Blue (brings out my eyes LOL)

What do you do when you are not mixing?
Horror movies on the big screen, reading, swimming, looking for killer tunes to play out at my next gig.

What is your Top Tip for new DJ’s?
You HAVE to work out what your individual style is. Very important. Sadly, the clubbing scene is saturated with too many clones. Being bold, and unique will get you further so try a few styles, see what you like best and try and stick with it as this will be your USP (Unique Selling Point) once you start getting a name for yourself
