What is your Top Tip for new DJ’s?
Don't get into it for the glamour and money. It has to be for the love. It's a hard slog to get anywhere in this game and it has to be from the heart.
Practice, practice, practice until even you struggle to tell which beat and sample is from each track because your mixes blend so well.
Get your mixes out there and listen openly to the feedback. Not all negative feedback is honest but it can be the best way to learn how to improve your talent.
Don't get court up in the gimmicks and fads, make the music the centre of it all!!!
